★ SLH Unit:

The Sustainable Lifestyle and Healthcare (SLH) Unit is entrusted with the responsibility of promoting a healthy lifestyle and healthcare practices in a sustainable manner, ensuring that every individual can benefit from nature. In essence, these progressive initiatives align with the inherent rhythms of human existence, which are an integral part of the natural world. The human life cycle encompasses birth, growth, flourishing, and ultimately, returning to nature. Our entire existence hinges on the balance of nature’s rules and regulations, systems, and ecological harmony. When this delicate balance is disrupted, lives become susceptible to danger and disease. While some ailments can be treated by doctors and medications, achieving enduring health necessitates a return to natural remedies.

The primary criteria for preventing illness and attaining robust health involve adhering to natural principles, eco-friendly products, sound dietary habits, and a modified lifestyle. Everyone should strive to maintain natural practices, adopt scientific dietary habits, foster positive thinking, engage in practices like fasting, meditation, and physical exercises, which can include yoga, instrumental workouts, high-intensity interval training, non-instrumental exercises, freehand exercise, swimming, walking, and running. By focusing on addressing lifestyle mistakes and irregularities rather than dwelling on diseases, problems, or obstacles, individuals can rectify and adapt their habits to lead sustainable and healthy lives. Sustainable living is predicated on ethical principles that safeguard future needs, respect others’ rights, preserve wealth, resources, ecosystems, and environments. Failure to adhere to such principles undermines sustainable living, socio-economic and cultural progress, and hampers efforts to combat major global issues like climate change and global warming. A sustainable lifestyle can serve as a common platform to address numerous Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by yielding multiple positive effects that accelerate and sustain progress.

Professor Riton Kumar Barua, who can be contacted at info@nsric.ca, leads the SLH Unit as its Head and Associate Vice President (AVP). Prof. Barua has a remarkable track record of assisting over 30,000 individuals in maintaining healthy and sustainable lives without relying on medication. His contributions to improving human lifestyles have earned recognition from the governments of Japan and Bangladesh. To enroll in any of his treatment plans, please visit the SLH Unit or reach out to us at info@nsric.ca.

Whether you are a business owner or an internet user, it is crucial to take precautions to shield yourself from the ever-present threat of hackers. Safeguarding your systems with anti-malware and anti-virus protections is imperative to thwart the nefarious activities of malicious actors. Cyberattacks have surged to become a pressing concern for both large and small enterprises. As businesses increasingly rely on diverse technologies, the menace of cyber threats shows no signs of abating. Hence, it is imperative for companies to recognize the criticality of cybersecurity. Maintaining robust cybersecurity measures empowers you to manage your network resources efficiently while pursuing your operational goals without disruption.

The alarming statistics underscore the gravity of the situation, with cybercrimes inflicting an average cost of US$ 4.24 million on organizations, as reported by IBM in 2021. Projections indicate that by 2025, cybercrime could amount to a staggering $10.5 trillion annually. Regrettably, many organizations downplay the significance of cybersecurity and fall victim to cyberattacks. Some even neglect fundamental security measures, often due to a perceived lack of necessity. Conversely, businesses that grasp the importance of safeguarding themselves have harnessed evolving technologies to enhance their resilience.

Several key factors emphasize the significance of cybersecurity for modern businesses:

Compelling data reveals that organizations worldwide, spanning various sizes and industries, have endured cyberattacks, affecting entities ranging from social media giant Facebook to ride-sharing behemoth Uber.
